Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- Include all original tags and accessories
- Be free from pet hair, stains, or signs of wear
Please note: Perishable items (like treats), personalized products, and clearance/sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at dtdavis101128@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or item? We recommend initiating a return for the unwanted item and placing a new order for the correct one.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at dtdavis101128@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right ASAP—either with a replacement or a full refund.
